I agree with a previous review…there are some very nice people trying to do the best they can that work for this company but it is an inconsistent and disorganized company that causes serious issues for businesses that depend on their services.

Slow internet with several drops in service. Nickel and dime you at install. Definitely don’t get what you pay for in download speed. If you want to run multiple devices, go with Starlink.

The service constantly goes out. I have had latency and ping issues for months. Called and reported the issues sent a tech out and nothing ever came of it. If I could give no stars I would. They also make you pay for phone which we don't even use. Most likely going to switch to starlink if these issues keep going on. Oh and the Ione location is terrible. You can never get ahold of anyone and they never answer the phone. Don't even know why they have a office up there.

The RTI Internet provider here in oregon, equipment is outdated, service is constantly dropping out and doesn't seem like anyone at the Idaho branch cares. Paying too much for unreliable Internet

they could improve working on internet, lowering their pricing because my wife's mother pays an arm n leg just for internet n cable when the internet barely works and all rti tells her is its nothing they could do. let other companies in. stop hogging the area.

The first year I would have given 5 ★'s. We had excellent internet service, but since the first of the year everything has slowed down. We have 2 Roku TV units (but usually only 1 in use at a time) and 2 cell phones that use the internet, plus a computer we use very seldom if at all. Even with the TVs and the computer off, and just using our cell phones, we get slow internet service signals. Sometimes things won't load at all.

I live 65 miles from the closet town and these people have always made it out to deal with any issues I have had. When I am having difficulty paying by the due date they have always helped me out. I it was not for them I would have no phone service or internet service. Not even cell phones work where I live. Thanks for providing me with a way to communicate with others.

internet interupted on a regular basis when it does work it's very slow. the cost is outrageously over priced, But the ladies in the billing and customer service depts. are always polite

Poor customer service help when contacting them via email. Also, I need a new service installed and they tell me "there is no service in that area." Me: "it's around the corner!" Them: no response. Frustrating!

They went digital three years ago. My rates went up, but channel guide is wrong or nonexistent for numerous channels. Either no program listings at all, or they're wrong. Numerous complaints, nobody cares......

Worst service ever. Easily making Comcast (notoriously bad customer satisfaction rating) look like a benevolent, wonderful company. I have had this service for 2 1/2 months and in that time have lost service for 30 minutes up to 8 hours, 6 times! Paying for 10 mbps which is absolutely laughably slow, and testing currently at 2.5 mbps (only 1 device operating). They charge the same amount for internet and phone, $110, as Xfinity charges for phone, internet with 50 mbps (and actually tests pretty close to it), and cable with a premium channel. If you call to let RTI know you are experiencing an issue, they are hardly trained in resolving escalated matters. I wish these folks could pull it together and deliver what I'm paying for.

Horrible company. I've had a satellite internet support ticket out for over a year and still they have not done anything. I have to purchase extra gigabits of internet data every single month because of this issue. I've called and messaged multiple times and nothing has been done. They have no problem calling me because my bill is past due but can't return a call when it's something that doesn't involve screwing me out of my money. If I had any other option I would get rid of their crappy internet service in a heartbeat.
