My favorite cheese! The halloumi is the best I’ve ever had, and you can buy a 5lb block if you go to their location in Gooding! Very kind, hardworking, family business! I will be telling everyone about Ballard Cheese, every cheese I’ve tried is delicious! If you see this cheese anywhere BUY it!
