I’d pay double or triple to stay elsewhere. The room itself isn’t bad, but their customer service is terrible. The lock on our door was acting up and would light up green, we could hear it unlock, yet the door wouldn’t budge and nobody ever answered the phone or returned our call. We had this issue for several hours and I was starting to panic since my dog was in the room, yet NOBODY bothered to return my call. Eventually, the lock gave in and unlocked the door fully, but based off this experience alone I’d never stay here again.

I stayed at the Lincoln inn on the 7th of febuary of this year. No television, been asking for a receipt for 3 days now so that the company I work for can reimburse me. But I get rudeness and the run around. I go through there all the time I will no longer stay there I would rather sleep in my car.

I’m a travel nurse and stayed at the facility for 3 months. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable with very soft sheets. Staff was excellent! Wi-Fi worked great! The manager and the cleaning staff were very kind and made sure things were how they should be and if I had any questions concerning anything they were answered promptly. Close to everything in this town. You could walk to anything the town has to offer. My family came to visit and the couch made out to a small bed which worked out perfectly. If you come to visit Gooding Idaho I highly recommend staying here.

I personally have never stayed over night in the rooms, but I have had many opportunities to be in the rooms. The cleaning staff take great pride in their work and have high standards in their level of cleanliness.I have been to many hotels where the rooms are said to be clean but you find dirt and hair on the floors and in the bathrooms. When your told your room is clean at this Inn, you can rest assured in knowing that clean is what your getting.

2nd time staying here. Very nice Wed through Fri night. Clean, nice staff. Comfortable rooms. Then on Saturday night, the Mexican restaurant/bar that shares the same building kept the whole place awake till late night with extremely loud music and the bar patron's children running around screaming in the parking lot between our cars until finally PD ran them out at 11:30 PM. No idea if this is a regular thing on Saturdays. If it is, I don't recommend staying at the Lincoln on Saturdays.

Cozy and quaint and close to almost everything. It was clean, no bugs, no bad smells, and a pretty great value for the price, especially with everything being so different in the travel world these days. Comfortable beds, cold fridge, climate controlled... It was pretty great. Our shower was pretty slippery, but a safety mat is provided, and it could use an upgrade on the showerheads. There is rarely staff on-site however. That makes it difficult to get ahold of someone. They have a number you can call, but that person didn't know how to handle a simple request. That's the only reason it didn't get five stars!! The cleaning staff helped us get ahold of management the next day. Amazing cleaning staff!!

What a unprofessional joke of a place! I called 3 weeks ahead of my arrival date and was told that I had reservations for 2 single rooms! I than called a week ahead to see what time I could check in on my arrival date and they didn’t have my reservations!
