My 88 year old mom has been paying her premiums here since the 70's. She filed her first claim for water damage last week and John won't cover it because it was a slow leak instead of a sudden one. She reported it as soon as she noticed. What else could be done?? We have to pay out off pocket to repair her kitchen. Also, the restore company helping us says the adjuster for this area (Steve?) is a shyster and a d*ck to work with. He's denied a lot of claims that were legitimate. Unbelievable.... Throwing an 88 year old 50 year long loyal client to the wolves! Me and my daughter are moving our policies asap!
