“I went to this store today to get new iPhones for my parents. Annie helped us, and was just terrific. Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Two huge thumbs up.
One quick suggestion: There is an issue with the front door where it won’t stay closed when the wind blows, and when the door gets blown up, a loud voice announces that someone is at the door. Of course, no one is there. I’d say that Verizon should send someone to this store to fix this issue.
But the store is otherwise clean, stocked, and like I said, Annie was terrific.”
