“I had my phone replaced from the insurance asurion. I had to go to the Gooding Verizon store for assistance. They were very helpful in this process. It does take time for a new phone to transfer so I left the information needed and left to take care of a few things. When I returned it was all completed. I have done this in the past and had issues retrieving account information. This time it was flawless. The lady who helped my was very nice and understanding of my experience. I highly recommend this Verizon for any of your Verizon needs. I will return for any upgrades or purchases in the future. Thank you.”
