Went ti this store back in January to get a new phone, had an excellent experience with both Annie and Jay, they helped each other out and made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed, talked to us like we were actual people and had a friendly conversation that didn’t involve just buying a phone or pressing us into stuff we don’t need. We went back a couple weeks ago about another line of ours to upgrade, very disappointed as we walked in and the young man working there was just sitting at the desk and looked at us and said welcome then went back to looking on his phone. We asked if Jay or Annie was there and he rudely said that they were fired. So we proceeded to ask him questions and he just shrugged and said he’ll have to get into our account to see. We were having a hard with getting a text for the authorization and instead of helping he shrugged his shoulders again and said he can’t help us if we can’t get into our account. I believe his name was manny, we were very disappointed with his attitude and lack of help. Really wish management will find someone that actually cares.

I went to this store today to get new iPhones for my parents. Annie helped us, and was just terrific. Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Two huge thumbs up.
One quick suggestion: There is an issue with the front door where it won’t stay closed when the wind blows, and when the door gets blown up, a loud voice announces that someone is at the door. Of course, no one is there. I’d say that Verizon should send someone to this store to fix this issue.
But the store is otherwise clean, stocked, and like I said, Annie was terrific.

Very slow. Not very knowledgeable. Didn't know how to do what I needed. And to top it off, ear shattering cough that he didn't bother to cover in any way.
