Anderson's Custom Meats provides excellent service from very nice and professional people in a very clean shop. They offer high quality processing for elk and venison, with a quick turnaround and fantastic tasting meat. Their packaging is excellent, featuring clear vacuum sealing for whole orders and flat-packed ground beef for faster thawing. They are accommodating with specific dates for travelers. For pigs, their bacon, hams, and sausage are considered the best, leading customers to use them exclusively. The shop is highly recommended.

This is the 3rd or 4th order from Anderson Custom Meats. They always are improving their packaging. Now my whole order came clear wrapped and vacuumed sealed. So I can see the meat. Also, the ground beef is also vacuumed sealed and packed flatter so it’s faster to thaw.

I've used elk processing shops in 3 states and Shaun at Anderson's Custom Meats is the best. Quick turnaround and vacuum packed high quality processing. The venison tastes great! I forgot my meat bags at the shop and he mailed them to me!
