“Front desk lady was amazing and the hall ways and stairs were super clean. Room was great. They let us park our bikes under the cover and in the morning there was a clean towel and wet wipe on our seat. Very happy!”

“In town for work and happy that I stumbled upon this hidden gem. I was struggling to find a reasonably priced motel. The Super 8 wants $130 a night. I have been all over for work and have never paid more than $60 a night at a super 8. I settled for a place called the downtowner inn for the first week at $100 a night for a rundown hotel that offers absolutely nothing but a room. Which is fine, but don't charge $100 a night. This hotel didn't show up on Priceline or booking.com so I didn't know about it until I started looking around the area. I called the front desk, explained that I would be in the area for several weeks for work and needed something reasonably priced. For a two week stay she got me in at $750 after taxes. The rooms are completely remodeled and have everything that you need for a comfortable stay at a good price. If you are in town for work and just need a nice room then this is your place. It's a nice hotel for any occasion really, as long as you aren't wanting a pool, hot tub, fitness area and hot breakfast.

I have been at this hotel for close to a week now and I am the only person here. I am convinced that they need to find a better way to advertise both there presence and pricing. They have the best rates in town and the hotel is nice. The challenge is that they are a smaller hotel positioned in between a super 8 on one side and another super 8 owned hotel on the other. It also doesn't help that they don't show up on any hotel apps.”

“A spacious, full kitchen suite for the price of a motel room. Clean, short walk to town, convenience store across the street, on-site laundry. It's a really good value, especially for extended stay.”

“The service and people are great. I got a room from a travelers aid. So I give a 4 star rating. If i had paid for the room it would be 1 star due to the electric not working and general maintenance of the building.some plugs were popped and wouldn't work. The mirror has some spacing (see pics) please be careful yall”
