If I could give them a negative I would been calling to check on a status of my prescription this past two days. Lo and behold they refuse to answer their phone.

Prescription takes very long to fill. Almost out of what I have, put request in earlier in the week as I knew I was low. The pharmacy still has yet to fill this- they don't have enough to give me what I need. I had temporarily switched to another local pharmacy before switching back and I wish I would have not came back to SavOn as they never have my prescription on hand when I ask for a refill. Go check with other local pharmacies before choosing SavOn. The pharmacy staff overall is nice, its the service and timing of the pharmacy that are delayed and need some work to improve.

These people are the most amazing people. They are so courteous and understanding of your situation. They are very helpful and I always have a wonderful experience going to pick up my medicine. My medicine is always ready when I need it. They never run out of my medicine which means a lot to me because other pharmacies usually do. I totally recommend this pharmacy

I had the best experience at this pharmacy, it was close to closing and i needed a script filled for my sick kid, and i have been turned away from other pharmacies this late, but the pharmacist jason and technician moses went above and beyond and filled the medication, moses made me feel welcomed and even cracked some jokes, and they even stayed late. i’m so appreciative of them.

Every time I come to this pharmacy, my prescription is not ready…RX was sent in 7 days ago and it’s “just not ready”.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.never again. The staff are rude, and they act like you are wasting their time. They aren’t doing anybody any favors. It’s a service that is paid for. Totally pathetic. If I could give a zero I would. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else

This pharmacy is beyond frustrating. They never have prescriptions ready so you wait in line for ages just for them to tell you that you’ll need to come back in a half hour and wait in line all over again to pick it up.

The male technician is condescending, rude, smug and purposefully unhelpful. If you dislike customer service that much go get a job where you can not treat every single person with disdain.

Usually packed and seems to be understaffed most of the time. You will have to wait for a bit just to talk to someone. I would say anytime after 2 p.m. there's a decent line. But they always get the meds and I recommend calling ahead to make sure they received the order from your doctor.

When I read the reviews on the website, I thought it was going to be a disaster dealing with this pharmacy but oh man was I wrong! These reviews are completely false! When I misplaced my medication and needed an emergency refill, I went to the pharmacy counter and explained my situation the gal Aimee was very nice and understanding, She talked to the Pharmacy manager Jason and he personally called my doctor and got me a refill on my medication, the curly hair guy in the back filled my medication and even though they were short staffed I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! These guys work hard in the valley. Don't always believe what the reviews say until you have personally dealt with them yourself.

26 Hours AFTER the prescription was E-transferred there:The pharmacy technician was asked to "fax the doctors office again."The technician responded "we already faxed the doctor."The technician was asked further, "I have surgery on Thursday, can you fax the doctor's office again?"The technician repeated, "we already faxed the doctor."The technician was told, "it is close to closing time, can you fax the doctor's office a 2nd time."The technician said, "don't yell at me", then slammed the phone down and left it off the hook, exposing HIPAA information from other patients as names and medications of other individuals was audible while trying to figure out why the technician would be so unprofessional.Again, this occurred 26 hours after they electronically received the prescription from a surgeon's office.It would have been nice to have experienced the ability for them to check the status during the day today, but they seemed to have no interest in that kind of consideration at this time.It is unfortunate, since there was already a wasted visit there yesterday, which also felt like a frustration.

yesterday I visited Albertsons Pharmacy. I got my medication, and when I arrived home I realized that it was expired!
