“Our first time moving forward to a new rental company and "wow!!! What a difference!"I called to make sure they were in the office cause most of the time they have to clean and move vehicles. Brett answered and Brett was super helpful and communicated on my concerns! Not only was his professional behavior a plus, but he was super respectful.I got there and I contacted the line to reach the representative because I was late for pick up- but he was just not even sweating it, and knew my name and remembered what vehicle I would of liked to rent(which was nice)He got us in a vehicle, went to actually check the vehicle is ready to go and bam!! He came back and said, "you will be pleased with this vehicle and if not come back and I can get another for you." He was just super professional and did the paper work in a timely manner, explained and well let's just say, "we are definitely renting from this company again!"-Customer service is everything-”

“We just had a huge problem with National and tried to return an SUV that was breaking down but no one was at the desk and no one was answering the phone and so right next-door was Hertz and a gal name Juana who absolutely took care of us and saved the day. We are so grateful for her professionalism and helpfulness. I wish all employees were as wonderful as she was. Thank you!”
