“Love Wildflower and shopped at the Hailey Boutique but the LOVELY girl suggested we try the Ketchum location for the specific items we wanted. She was so helpful. Was shopping with my mom who just got out of the hospital and she was seated while we shopped. Once at the Ketchum boutique, we asked where mom might sit, so I could show her and assist her in choosing - but were told there were NO chairs - whatsoever, except an immovable chaise in a back dressing room. We asked if she could sit on one of the many benches and we were told by the blonde salesperson, "They are antiques!" It was a bummer to see such lack of compassion for an elderly customer. We left without buying what we came for - even though the items were indeed in stock. Perhaps the dark skinned young woman from Hailey can give the blonde woman in Ketchum some customer service pointers. And I hope someone donates a chair :)”
