I have been trying to contact Enterprise on multiple occasions and have found that they do not answer the phone all the time. Additionally, their customer service is lacking and their attitude towards customers is poor. It is disappointing to see a company with such a reputation for rental cars not prioritizing customer satisfaction. I hope they improve their communication and service in the future.

Our first time moving forward to a new rental company and "wow!!! What a difference!"I called to make sure they were in the office cause most of the time they have to clean and move vehicles. Brett answered and Brett was super helpful and communicated on my concerns! Not only was his professional behavior a plus, but he was super respectful.I got there and I contacted the line to reach the representative because I was late for pick up- but he was just not even sweating it, and knew my name and remembered what vehicle I would of liked to rent(which was nice)He got us in a vehicle, went to actually check the vehicle is ready to go and bam!! He came back and said, "you will be pleased with this vehicle and if not come back and I can get another for you." He was just super professional and did the paper work in a timely manner, explained and well let's just say, "we are definitely renting from this company again!"-Customer service is everything-

Didn't get what I needed nor asked for.Offered a substitute vehicle that would not fit my needs all on the day I'm to pick up the vehicle.The Hailey Airport Location dropped the ballDoubt I'll every use or recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car anywhere ever again.

I'm trying to stay as professional as possible because people always read my reviews for advices but I'm very upset. My husband and I always rent car with this company but we're VERY DISAPPOINTED this time. We rented a car for 4 days and on the 4th day we drop the car off around 7pm and they refused to give us back our refund because after 7pm it's considered to be an additional day which I thought it takes 24 HOURS TO MAKE A DAY. The worst part is THEY FAILED TO NOTIFY US THAT WE WON'T GET A REFUND AND WE HAD TO CALL THEM WEEKS AFTER ONLY TO HEAR THAT WE WON'T GET BACK OUR REFUND THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO HELP PAY FOR OTHER BILLS. I MEAN IF YOU'RE GOING TO CHARGE FOR LATE DROP OFFS DON'T TAKE ALL OF OUR MONEY, TAKE THE AMOUNT NEEDED FOR THE OVERTIME AND SEND THE REST OF BALANCE BACK. WHEN WE'RE RENTING THE CAR WE HAVE TO COME UP WITH THE FULL CASH AND WHEN WE DO WE DON'T GET THE CAR WE PAID FOR OR GET THE TIME FRAME WE ASK TO PICK IT UP. HOW CAN YOU GUYS BE SO UNSCRUPULOUS? I PRAY THAT I'LL NEVER EVER RENT ANOTHER CAR FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN.

Atypically i had a terrible experience this time around. I rent 15 cars a year and have never had a bad experience. First off, the office was closed when i came to pick up my car and the attendant was 15 minutes late. Then the sirus radio i paid for never worked the entire week. 5 calls later they told me to call the local office to get a refund on the radio. 1700 mile trip with no radio, oh joy. Enterpise is going down hill fast and having a out of country call center doesn't help either especially when you are on hold for ever. Still have not received my statement and i assume the charge for the radio is still on my bill. I think its time i try Hertz or another company.

Didn't have any car that I reserve, then gave me a mini van. Which I personally had to add oil and washer fluid!!! Not impressed this time!
