Incredible. Beth ranks as one of the best Yoga instructors I've ever had the pleasure of practicing with. Beth brings a thoughtful and creative approach to every session. Her words and methods are rooted in core yoga teachings, but she breathes fresh light into each movement. I've never felt supported and simultaneously physically + emotionally challenged to this degree in a yoga studio before now. Highly recommend!

Six long months without yoga, this was the perfect studio for reintroduction. Beth is a talented teacher who gives clear instruction and allows for each person to practice at their pace and threshold. Not knowing Hailey, I was fortunate to find Idayoga. Thank you for your kindness and grace.Stephanie McCall

Great teachers but all the vinyasa classes are heated. Only the restorative classes are unheated. I don't like hot yoga but I still gave 4 stars. I would be there all the time if it wasn't hot. I've heard others say the same thing.

The Yoga studio is great! The instructor did help with my posture. Which I appreciated. The studio was hot very hot. The studio was right by the Airbnb where I am staying.

I have taken yoga and pilates classes all over the west coast and in parts of Europe. IdaYoga has the potential to be a great studio. Where they fall short is consistency and organization. Two examples stand out. First, several of the classes I attended needed an instructor to organize the room. If ten people are standing because there is no room the instructor could easily be in the room doing something as simple as saying lets get four rows instead of three so everyone has enough room to place a mat on the floor. This is the first yoga studio I have ever been to where those on the floor just sit there rather than making room. In this case the instructor just sat at the lobby desk, no greeting, no smile. The first complaint leads to the second one. I thought this very senior instructor was having a few bad days in a row. Until I attended a class this week where this same instructor was complaining afterwards about some sort of drama about another instructor leaving and whether the owner gets how important she (the current instructor) is. Earth to yoga instructor: We are all replaceable. You go to a yoga studio to clear your head. You don't go there to hear about someone else's drama. Oh and by the way, just because you use yoga lingo; "intention, etc, etc" it doesn't mean the phrases you throw together make any sense.
