I like this place! Unfortunately, I’ve needed auto body work 2X this year and Impact Auto was a much better experience than the other shop I used. I trusted the Impact Auto employees/owners and felt they were totally capable and reliable. They were very helpful with the insurance company of the other party. 4 stars only due to length of time to get appointment for the actual body work.
