I wish they would fix their ridiculous hours. That makes zero sense! They are in a town of families. They need better hours! Or at least not super random hours this is a grocery store…. Because of this, I find myself shopping at the location in Twin when I do my other shopping down there because it’s way more convenient.

My experience was mostly great, they’ve got a great selection of goods that I was happy to get and more. The only thing that was lacking was customer service from one of the cashiers. I was checking out and the much older cashier was annoyed and seemed almost angry. She made me feel bad for having gotten so many items (making faces at my selections) and when I was putting everything back in my cart, she just pushed my items aside and gave a snarky “have a good evening.” I went back to my car and realized I forgot to buy a few items and hesitated going back in because I didn’t feel like being guilt tripped for purchasing my groceries. Luckily I was helped out by a much nicer young man and he even helped me sign up for the rewards program. All in all, great location, but avoid the older cashier.

My husband and I closed this place down there are so many things to look at so many fun new things to try I went in to just look for one thing I ended up walking out and spending quite a load of money

Natural Grocers makes their staff watch a mandatory video that's bias towards eating murdered & exploited animals. It's bad enough I have to look at body parts and stolen milk, eggs & honey from these hard working creatures, but now your staff is going promote your excuses for selling it? Disgusting. Bye.

They are a great alternative to mainstream markets, however I don't agree with their application/hiring policy. They do everything online, instead of actually talking to you, and I feel that isn't engaging with the community, or even getting to know who your employees are. Their turn over rate, would seem to support this theory.
