This place is awesome. We are in the area for work and needed a quick oil change with little to no notice. Josh worked with us to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.

I broke down in Hailey on a cross-country trip and was basically at the mercy of these guys--kind of a nightmare scenario for anyone needing a mechanic!
I didn't have a ton of cash or time, but they went above and beyond to get my truck patched up and back on the road, looking after me and giving really helpful advice. Honest business: good service, good work, good people.

We were doing work in Hailey all week. The brakes on our 2500 were basically worn through. I called Gills and talked to Josh. I told him we were from Boise and what was going on. He says to me that they could do the job today. I expected maybe mid week next week. Today he says! Man, that really saved us. I saw the bill electronically and it was at least $300 less than I expected. That was a big deal, but nowhere close to the service we received from Josh. We'll done Gills!

Absolutely amazing service! I am traveling through and needed to get my oil changed before driving another long distance. I wouldn’t be able to drop my vehicle off for a long period of time so I almost left. The owner came out and checked things with me and topped me off at no charge. There really are good people still out there and this interaction renewed my faith in humanity. I would highly recommend coming here for your car needs.

We were staying in Hailey for the Sun Valley Art Festival and I took our van to have the brakes checked. They called me for the diagnosis before I could walk back to the hotel to tell me that the brakes looked good. I had them check and top off fluids, and the bill came to under $50! I'm considering moving to Hailey just to have them as our mechanic!Service: Brakes
