Address was considered “incorrect” and returned to sender. Tried calling but was unable to actually talk to a human. I would have happily driven to the location and picked it up myself. @UPS - you really need to add this option instead of just returning the package. Also, speaking to a human representative would be very helpful.

Had an exception on a package, said it was the address was not correct, even though I got 2 out of the 3 items from the order. Website wasn’t helpful. Tried to call but it is not a local number; can’t actually talk to someone in the office, heck, can’t even talk to a person. Now it says it’s going to be returned to sender. Ordered a month ago.

A person could write a litany of everything that is wrong with this shipper but it would be a complete waste of time because , they just don`t care , I am quite sure that they will reply with the usual verbal diarrhea purporting to be sorry, which as we all know is exactly what they are sorry!

They are often closed. Even though hours are 12-3 on the Google listing, if you come in these hours there’s a closed sign. You come the next day it’s the same. If you have a package held here because you were out of town, forget trying to get it.

Drop off & customer service hours are the worst of any shipper. Use Fed-ex or USPS. I only use if the cost savings are sooooo significant it would be d*** not to use them because 3 hours of a business day to be open makes me wonder how they stay in business at all nevertheless grow their clientele.

I have worked in Boise and Sun valley for years. Just got a used car from California so it still has the plates. This ups driver seeing the plates refuse to let me merge from the center lane on the 75. He paced me not letting me over and then showed off his best go home gesture.

An absolute joke!!! I had a small package shipped to my house in Fairfield Idaho on the 28th of December with an estimated time of arrival of January 3rd. I tracked the package to the Hailey Idaho post office and it is lost in the system. I have tried everything possible to explain to the automated operators what is happening with absolutely no results. I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue, even trying to contact the shipper hoping they would have a way to get better results. Not happening. I am now going to cancel my order and demand a refund and if the idiots at Hailey UPS ever pull their head out and figure out that Hailey and Fairfield are two different towns I hope they enjoy my medicine. PS it won't cure stupidity....

Service was exceptional at Hailey office did what ever it took to get return postage on package I was returning from a previous purchase. UPS claims my address doesn't exist even though they have delivered packages to my house previously. They are refusing to deliver my package and are holding it at the depot. They are only open for 3 hours mon-fri. I work 5 days a week. Mon-fri. Now i will have to take time off work just to pick up my package. They are a Joke. Fed ex always manages to get my order delivered usually ahead of schedule. I will go out of my way to avoid UPS.
