Manager Jose is out for himself only and not for customers. He killed an international wire transfer of mine and lied about the reasons. He delayed telling me wire didn’t go through and refused to support me even though I am long time customer of branch. It is my money and he stopped wire to curry favor with higher ups. My advice is avoid this branch.

The hours of the Hailey branch do not make sense. 930 to 5? So what are we supposed to do on payday after we get off at 5? Line up at the atm? What about the early morning people also? Fix this please.

Received an email from US Bank stating that the phone number on my account has been recently updated. However I do not have any bank accounts or products with US Bank so I did some research on the sender and the entire email in itself. Not only does the email have the US Bank's actual number on it plus everything else seemed legit. I've had some fraudulent things go on under my name recently I went into the branch to verify what was going on with it. Spoke to the manager he barely looked at the email looked up my name on his computer and told me that it was definitely a spam email because of the email address. So I called US Bank the actual US Bank number and I found out that the email is legit and I had to talk to the fraud department so it is a little upsetting when I speak to the manager of US Bank branch and tells me that the email is a spam U.S. Bank when in fact it is not and he put very little effort into helping or resolving the issue.. however the fraud department was very helpful and friendly!

I have banked here since before it was US Bank (First Bank of Idaho), maybe 15 years or so. One of their long-time employees, who now works in the Ketchum branch, just helped me with an extenuating circumstance, even though her role has now changed.
