Azure was kind, patient, helpful. A master at multi-tasking. There was never a moment when I didn’t feel I was not being paid attention too though the place was very busy. I felt confident that Azure knew exactly what needed to be done.

I was assisted by Azure. They were sympathetic to my completely dead phone and walked me through the process of buying and setting up a new one. They explained my options clearly and helped me find the products and accessories I needed.When I first went in I was the only customer, but as others came in Azure was quick to acknowledge them and let them know they would be assisted. My setup was a lengthy process but Azure was able to help me and others at the same time.

Thank you Azure for great service, you always greet everyone that walks through the door, you let us know that you will be with us as soon as possible, and then once you are working with a customer you make them feel as if they are the only one there, no pressure or rushing us through our questions get to the next customer. Greatly appreciated, glad we waited to get back home to purchase our phones, so that we could support local ? Cindy B

Absolutely disappointing experience. I went in to upgrade my phone. In the past I have always set my phones up myself, I do not have the time to wait for a data transfer in store. Anyways I told the representative I wanted to set up my new phone myself and he told me he can't let me do that as it is company policy while I found this odd and inconvenient, I decided whatever. But told him I wouldn't be putting in my email or doing any data transfer. So he went through all the set up screens setting it up as a brand new phone. I paid and I left. I then looked at me receipt and realized I was charged a $40 fee for him "setting up" my phone. Very disappointed in the lack of care this company has for their customers. Not only did I have to spend more time there for him to go through the set up screens but I then had to factory reset the phone so I could set it up my self. I won't be doing business with Victra Wireless in the future.

Today is Sunday, 20 of August and I went to Verizon at 1:30 because I recently got a new iPhone 14 pro max from Verizon the iPhone 14 pro max had a camera problem I didn’t even have the phone for more than a week when got my new phone the employee said if there is anything wrong with it I can come to Verizon and get a new iPhone for free. On august 19 I brought my iPhone to Verizon. Verizon was packed so I waited once i was getting help with the same employee that rudely kicked me out the store. He started helping me but he was helping 3 customers at the same time he still didn’t even mention the forty five dollars because he was busy and he was very irritated with the costumers that day. Once he updated the phone the only thing that was left was just transfer my data which Is really easy just push a button and put both phone right next to each other. He said I could go eat or do something while the phone transferred my data to my new phone I said keep it over night because i waited about 2 hours and it was 4:50pm. the next day I came back which is August 20 he just mentioned the forty five dollars I And said what is the activation just setting up a phone and he said yes already starting to get irritated with me and I said I could do the set up at home it’s not that difficult . I asked if I could have just gotten the phone and did it my self and he said yes and then. I told him you could have said that yesterday when you started setting up my phone but my mom got charged on her card for activation and the guy wanted to charge my mom another 45 the first charge should have never gotten charged and they shouldn’t have charged my mom with out her permission. And that’s when the guy yelled at me saying get your phone and get out my store two times so I left and there was customers behind me waiting I was embarrassed Verizon needs to get more experienced employees who have more patience and can handle the pressure of customers
