Attendants did a nice job every time we needed fuel.

A very nice, full service marina on the south side of the lake. This is the old Toblers Marina spot and has been serving Hayden lake for decades. The new ownership has it sparkling clean to appeal to the rich and famous feel of the whole area nowadays. The Boathouse bar and restaurant provides the food and drink. I was there early one weekend morning and it looked like the marina staff was bringing around customer's boats, refuelling them and stocking with food and drinks and lots of pull-behind inflatables. If you can afford the lifestyle it looks pretty sweet.

Decent drinks, great service, & good food. It's not bad for a marina at a relatively small lake.

Great spot to watch the boats come and go. Latest managers opted for a fast food type atmosphere, paper plates and such. Food is eh, draft beer is skunky. Not sure if its old or lines need to be cleaned better. This place has so much potential for a strong, creative manager. Only open a few months during the summer, so locals are out of luck most of the year.

$9/GALLON FOR GAS$5000+ PRICED SLIPSSLIP PRICES GO UP $500-800 PER YEARMy wife and I have had a slip here since 2014, my parents had a slip here since the late 90's. This marina has been a big part of our lives for decades. Unfortunately, this year we decided not to get a slip due to the new management (we know quite a few others as well). It is sad to see what happened to this marina. It used to feel like family prior to the new owners/management taking over last year (2022). Since then, the prices have gone way up, yet customer service has gone way down. For example, I had to ask 3 times to get a cleat fixed that had torn off the dock from waves. I was told each time it would be fixed, and It never was. Should have been a very simple fix, but i believe to this day, it is still not fixed. Also, the marina bathrooms are usually not up to par as far as cleanliness. Previous owners kept these bathrooms in very good shape. You would expect premium service with the premium price tag, but this doesn't seem to be the case. The friendliness/charm of the old marina & management has been replaced with cold/standoffish vibe & atmosphere. No friendly waves or greetings anymore. The other issue is the extreme price gouging. Almost $9/gallon for gas, and they conveniently have signs everywhere saying "No Personal Gas Cans". As far as my slip price: It went up from $4357 in 2022 to $5187 in 2023 (an $830 price increase!). From our perspective, this company has not added any value to this marina to justify this price increase. The feeling we get is that they could care less if you don't renew your contract, because they have a waitlist "150 people long". Yes, being profitable is obviously important for any business, but prioritizing only money over people/relationships/customer service is a poor business model.

We have moored at this marina for over 8 years and it was wonderful until the new owners took over. Since then, we have seen two HUGE price increases and very few of the promised improvements. If you are happy with paying Florida and California prices then this place is for you. It is completely outrageous what they are doing to their loyal customers. Bathrooms have been disgusting and gas is nearly $9 a gallon. We hate to leave because it has been our home away from home for many years but there is just no way to justify paying more than $6,000 for just a few months of mooring a small boat! Check out other marinas! We were able to easily secure a spot at Bayview for almost half of what Hayden Lake charges! Wish they could bring back the previous owners! We miss them!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I decided to make sure my boat was working properly before guests arrived. Alas, it was not working. I called service on a Friday afternoon. They came over to my dock within half an hour, pulled my battery and took it back to the shop to charge. My guests arrived on Sunday and we hoped that the boat would be fixed soon. On Monday they returned with my battery charged. It still had difficulty starting. They diagnosed a starter problem. They located a new started and replaced it the same day!!! I am so grateful for their quick response. Pricing was reasonable as well. SO glad I chose Hayden Lake Marina to store and service my boat.

We had a fun day on the water with one of the wake surfing boats but unfortunately we were forced to cut our trip a few hours short because the boat started having trouble. The display went blank and none of the ballasts would fill and the trim tabs would not operate. Luckily the boat engine still functioned but we did not want to get stranded so we just returned to the marina. We let the young man know who was handling the boats so he could confirm the issues were not operator error. I reached out via email with no response. And, of course, we were left paying for the full day.

The price sounded reasonable in comparison to Hagadone however the boats aren’t in great shape. When they were showing us the boat the first thing they said was that most of the gages didn’t work. Yikes! We got out and did about 45 minutes of surfing and then tubing. Unfortunately we accidentally (300% our fault), got the tow rope stuck in the prop. We shut down the boat of course and called the Marina. It went straight to voicemail. Then … we called again. Then we called The Boat House hoping to have someone go get them … went straight to voicemail. Over and over calling both numbers. Then finally called the non-emergency line for the sheriff. 2 hours pass. Just sitting and floating trying to get in touch with the marina. FINALLY called a family member who had to drive to the Marina from Post Falls to physically go tell the Marina to call us. They sent some one out and were apologetic but also had gotten our multiple voicemail according to the family member who saved the day. INFURIATING. No offer of a discount or anything. We won’t rent from them again, but the good news is we did get to spend a day on the lake and our family will never forget the fun silliness of trying to get someone to help us! Also, never play the song from Titanic before boating. Get’s ya every time!

Not the best food. I had fish and chips and the fish was okay. They had flat fries which were little potato and mainly fry. Two of us had salad and they were just lettuce. Service was quick and drinks were okay.
