EDITTED after comments from the park owner: Fun for a day or two. They've improved the arcade and added a few activities since we were there a few years ago. Your cash goes FAST, which I expected but a bit too fast in some cases. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. At the water park the barhrooms are gross and the stall doors don't lock. The slides are fun. It looked like something was wrong with the hot tub so we didn't go over there. I wish there was an actual pool and not just slides and waves but we knew that before we got there. The upper scorecard at our bowling lane wasn't working and there were a couple of malfunctions of the ball return and pin setter. They suspected it was broken so I'm not sure why they assigned us that lane. We stayed at the resort. We would have enjoyed the park more had we not been EXHAUSTED. Not from the activities; the beds were just so uncomfortable!

Great concept, a lot of fun activities, but there's a lot they should work on as a business.Pros: Good place to get a pass, and have fun on the Go-Karts, mini golf, and the water park. They also have ice cream that's made almost instantly with liquid nitrogen, and it's pretty good. Most of the workers were polite and patient.Cons: Everything that isn't the pass is a bit spendy. Apparently, 3 of the bumper cars that my family and I used were broken, and we were stuck going in circles or only going backward for the whole ride. One of the employees in the arcade section was disrespectful towards my son, which I'm most upset about. All in all, it's worth it to just get a pass (no food or room), but I won't stand people who are rude and snappy towards kids, and I will not be coming back because of him.

Was pretty fun for the most part. We tried to do all the activities, some better than others. Being March the outdoor activities weren't available. Most of the staff were amazing while there were a couple of young ladies who didn't seem like they really wanted to be there. It was a little pricy, I think when converted to CDN it was over 300 for 4 of us and my wife and didn't fo the waterslides. Kids had a blast so it was worth it. I was worried after reading all the negative reviews about the attached triple play hotel that it would be dirty and run down, but it was probably the cleanest place of this type we have ever been to. Definitely worth going to for the day once anyway.

While we always have a good time at Triple Play, the pool area raises concerns and is an area we will no longer be utilizing. Over the past 11 years, we have used the pool over 20 times between two kids. It took me until this last visit to finally make the correlation between the pool and family getting sick after a visit. It never fails, every time we use the water park we call come down with a cough and congestion the next day which lasts at least a week (sometimes longer). After this last visit (2/16/24) as expected, the coughing and congestion started the next day. Whether it is dirty water or over chlorination, we’ve just decided that using the water park isn’t worth getting sick.

The king suite was mediocre at best. The bed was not comfortable. The phone to call down to the front desk didn't work, the TV remote didn't work to the tv, the lighting in room was just outdated and couldve used some updating for sure. Not sure why park passes aren't included in checking into the hotel as a guest. ( that should be included, free) The park was busy since it was a holiday weekend however the bowling and rope course was fun to do. There was a wait time for everything but I realized that after the fact. The park itself is good and fun but the hotel, was just meh. Also, 1 elevator?? I think it's time to add another one of those.

Terrific time for the whole family. So grateful that the prices were at least somewhat reasonable.

Overall, I thought this was so much fun even as an adult. Laser tag was great. The virtual ride was so fun. We laughed and just had a great time with our kids. Friendly staff although it seemed as though they could have used a few more hands for a busy Saturday. The waterpark was reasonably clean. The bathrooms could use larger changing stalls but overall we had a lot of fun.

It's a hot spot for kids. They have a lot of options to choose from for fun. They have an indoor water park, climbing rope course, bowling, putt-putt, bumper cars, arcade... the list is endless. Food options is mainly fried foods and pizza. They do have some beer options. My kid loved the arcade area and bowling. We went on a weekend and the wait for bowling was pretty long.

Took my 6 kids to raptor reef. When we first arrived we were met with a huge disgusting mess of water and toilet paper and hair all over the bathroom. It made a very uncomfortable situtation but I figured we’d head into the water park anyways after spending so much money. The pool area was full of dirt, sand, hair, rocks, bandaids, soggy balls of disgusting stuff all over. When i politely mentioned the state of the bathrooms etc. to the lifeguard, she rudely and unapologetically informed me that they were “short staffed” And there’s “nothing she can do” no one can come clean up the bathroom a little or anything at all. I asked her to speak with a manager and the manager never came. It was an expensive and disappointing evening, luckily the kids didn’t mind as much as I did. Sad to see a fun place like this being so run down. We have been coming here often for years but after the lifeguards rude attitude about the cleanliness and the disgusting state of the bathroom and pool area, refusal to fix the situation, sadly I won’t be back to splurge there again anytime soon.

We had SO much fun here. It’s actually extremely worth it to purchase unlimited access to the indoor attractions + the water park. We were there for 7 hours and could have kept going if we didn’t have somewhere else to be. The food was decent as well. The real star of the show was definitely the water park!

Great for like 5-10 yr olds but not so much fun for older. Not that much of a diverse indoor attraction selection.

Great place to get the kids energy out. So many options for the whole family. Great resource for cold winter days.Found the water park not as interesting. The hot tub is luke warm and over run with kids. Would have been nice to have even one spot for adults. Got my step count in by taking my kid up and down the slides.

Awesome place for our kids to spend an amazing weekend! It really is pretty cheap especially after deducting what a hotel would cost without the entertainment. We played 6 games of bowling with 7 people which would've been $200 elsewhere anyways. The ropes coarse was awesome and my 5 year old did almost every obstacle in there with me! The laser tag was awesome but the guns quit working during the middle of the game. Mini golf (inside) was fun but watch out for unsupervised kids smashing the balls way too hard...almost hitting my wife in the head. The VR is a must!!!! First time ever trying it but I am amazed how awesome and real it was. The water park is kinda small but being in doors during November I can't complain too much considering the water slides are pretty dang fun. The hotel room was decent, not fancy but good enough to lay your head after 12 hours of playing. Overall I recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced fun filled weekend with their kids.
