Always an issue with poor management. Some nice employees get shifted to this branch. A simple notarized document you will need to wait an hour and they will not do via drive thru. Save the time and use a different branch or a different bank.

I'm actually about to close my account because the managers and workers are completely incompetent when it comes to cashing checks. I've been doing it with your bank for 5+ years, being unable to cash a check that isn't even the largest I've deposited before is crazy. Hidden fees and more problems just keep coming up. Thanks for treating your loyal customers like trash.

I have been with Wells Fargo for well over 20 years and it has been a very good experience for me. Most of the tellers and bankers I have worked with have been friendly and professional. I go to this branch most often, as it is on my way to work. The lady who works at the drive through here in the mornings is so kind and friendly. I can't remember her name, but she looks like she is in her mid 20's and is blond and always smiling. She is always courteous and professional and adds a personal touch, even if it's just her warm tone of voice. I always feel like she sincerely cares.

Arrived at the Hayden Branch before 5 pm, but the drive thru was already closed. My branch on Appleway has been closed for three days with no explanation as well.
