I booked an appointment to get my rv generator repaired. they were booked out a month in advance. my appointment date came and I dropped my motorhome off. they had a sign on the counter which stated that there hourly rates is $189 with a minimum charge of one hour.I decided take my unit back home and fix it myself.

On an Onan generator, I had them change the oil, put a new fuel pump on, and new fuel filter, and clean the carb. This should be about 2 hours worth of work. They charged 5 hours at $189 / hr. Total bill was just shy of $1400 with an overpriced fuel pump and shop supplies. I will NEVER go back!
