“Customer service 10 stars! ALL the staff are SO helpful! My husband and I had issues with our 2002 Ford. My husband had inadvertently put the battery on backwards. The battery light came on, the radio stopped working and the windshield wipers worked very slowly. We bought an alternator thinking that would fix the issues. It didn't so we took the car back in, and they checked the fuses (they checked them the first time but misses one) and the main fuse had gone out so the alternator wasn't sending to the battery. We replaced the main fuse and also the accessory fuse and everything worked! Every single person who works there is amazing. Their customer service is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend O'Reilly's in Rathdrum. The BEST customer service around!!!”
