It did take about a month to get my car and communication was a huge issue in the beginning.Overall, I would have appreciated better communication so we all knew what needed to be done. “This is the body shop I will continue to use. They've had my car before and have done phenomenal. We all were really challenged this time but they did everything that they could. I worked with them to find a solution, not leaving it up to them to work harder, but as a team and I was able to get my keys back. Terry and his communication is out of this world! He's transparent, honest, and knowledgeable and open to questions. Sonya is also filled with knowledge and she keeps her word and has the voice that would lift your spirits even if it wasn't the best news. “We had a slide off the road and hit a tree. I knew from a more recent repair done at a different place I was not going to return there. ABRA was recommended and I was very pleased with this choice. I have no regret using them. It actually took less time to get in and get the repairs done then I thought it would. Most places are months out they were able to get started 2 weeks after our initial visit and 2 and 1/2 weeks to get it back. We had a rental and limited time. It was the perfect timing.”

“I scheduled an appt to have the cracked windshield replaced on my '07 Escalade. The appt was scheduled for 8 am ( they open at 8am) and I was early. They got me in about 10 min early and completed the job by 9:10 am. The guys onsite were great to deal with and did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. 5 stars for them all. Thank you!”

Tim was exceedingly helpful in dealing with our insurance company, telling us what we needed to know in order to file a claim. He was SO HELPFUL! in looking things over and offering suggestions on how else he could help us get our beloved Land Cruiser looking brand new.While I was at it I asked Tim if anything could be done about my almost opaque headlight lenses. Wow, did he ever come through for us by clear coating them. They look absolutely brand new! And the work he did on all the scratches we had from our car canopy tumbling over it was nothing short of superb! The work was flawless.
