“Amazing! My 2017 Toyota Tacoma was struck by a deer November 25 (if it were not for involving insurance for full coverage payment ) they would’ve had my vehicle done in a week! As it was, everything was completed by December 12th and they went above and beyond, detailing the inside of my vehicle, not just the bodywork. They guaranteed that I had Toyota certified parts to replace everything that was damaged by the Buck! I am so grateful! They were kind, caring, extremely considerate, and so professional outstanding customer service throughout all of the communication provided for updates, etc. I cannot even tell that there was ever any damage to the front of my vehicle! My only regret is that State Farm paid merely half of what the cost was for all the repair work that Solesbee’s did for my truck. This is not fair to their company. Therefore, I encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to advocate for Solesbee’s and write a letter demanding full payment for the bodywork that they do. They are the only Toyota certified service Shop I will ever go to, In order to maintain the warranty on my vehicle. Parker Toyota Requirescertified replacement parts only To keep an alignment with the warranty. The shop has my heart and they will have all my future work! Candace Tidwell”

We ordered out of state (from Utah) and were super skeptical as we’ve been ripped off and been frustrated with dealerships in Utah. Ordered a car with Robideaux and it was in my garage less than 12 weeks after. The price was the price. No questions asked. No added fees that dealers hit you with or “dealer add ons”. We had a little item on our car and of course Tim and Mike stepped in to make sure we were 100% happy. We shipped it to Utah and Jessica our finance manager got us all paperwork mailed over night and took care of us as quick as possible for our transport company could pick up.

“After taking my car to three shops and receiving outrageous quotes and refusal from all of them to take on my sunroof repair, I was referred by Geico to ABRA post falls. They scheduled an appt for drop off and guaranteed they would do all they could. I received updates twice a week regarding the progress of my repair. They worked directly with my insurance; I did not to reach out to anyone at any point. They repaired my car in two weeks (this included waiting on parts) and the repair cost was one tenth of the cheapest quote I had received. I cannot recommend this shop enough.”
