My warranty fix on my Ford was moved to the Hayden location, where a Ford specialized tech took over.They were very apologetic for the miscommunication and got me a loaner vehicle, while i waited for this Turbo job to get fixed. “I would give Lake City Auto Care more stars if I could because they went above and beyond to help us out. We are from Cheyenne Wyoming and are here on vacation when our Jeep had an issue in the morning. We tried every Jeep dealership within 100 miles and the best any of them could do was diagnose our Jeep (not fix it) by the end of the day. We went to Lake City and Ben helped us out by getting us in and out in under an hour. We would have paid any amount, but the price was very reasonable (less than the minimum the dealership wanted to just diagnose the problem) nd the Jeep is running like a champ! It is rare to see a company with compassion.”

“Was told a couple different wait times for my UCA for my Sierra, called company and they said they would call manufacture and get an update and haven't heard anything since. Pretty bummed I went through this company...*Edit* I was reached out by Jimmy from Alligator and cleared some confusion about the order, gave an update on my UCA which was pretty spot on. I did have an issue with my UCA *not Alligator Performance related* and unfortunately had to return them. Jimmy helped to try and find an alternative UCA for my application but decided ultimately to return. The return process was handled great and had communication was excellent. The communication was huge and didn't feel I was left hanging so my perspective of them changed. If and when I'm ready to purchase anything more for my truck and Alligator Performance has the part I'm looking for I wouldn't hesitate to order from them. Good job guys.”
