Just wanted to thank the driver(s) for delivering in brutal road conditions. We are pretty rural on a private road that is covered in snow/ice. The drivers allways deliver and take extra time to place packages in plastic bag. The drivers on our route are customer service oriented. Hats off to all of you.

Called to have a question answered and the older women on the phone was very sarcastic and unprofessional. Not sure if she was an owner or employee but either way they may want to take a look at their customer service training.
