Went to ship something already in a box with a FedEx account number as instructed for an rma. They refused because we didn’t have a QR code and need a few inches of packing tape. Postal Annex is right down the road and friendly.

Gabe made a delivery to me of four chairs. Down a steep hill. He was extremely cheerful and took a minute to tell me about drop offs at Walgreens. I didn’t know that FedEx did that. I’m grateful to encounter people that seem to love their jobs. Thank you, Gabe. I hope to see you around on the next delivery. You’re a very nice young man.
