A great place to learn Martial Arts. From day one you will be learning self-defense techniques and developing form. The instructors are sound and extremely competent, capable, and knowledgeable at what they do.

The Hand to Hand Combat Training Center is one of the most comprehensive martial arts facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Professor Michael M. Foley has perfected and taught his system of martial art, Koden Kan Combined Martial Arts (KKCMA), for the past 35 years. It combines techniques from multiple disciplines of which he personally holds many high level black belts, including Karate, Aikido, Judo, TaiChi and Jiujitsu. Professor Foley also offers courses in TaiChi Chuan Kung Fu and Sinko-Set Escrima, both of which are very accessible to older students.
