I went to Maverick with my friend to get gas for her car. She pays in cash and goes back outside to pump and turns the car on to see that the gas does not register in her car, she gets gas at every other gas station perfectly fine without this issue and this is the second time this has happened at Maverick. I go inside and explain the situation and the guy first says we never pumped it then checks again and says we did then says again that we didn’t? We were given no refund and now we’re down $20 because this manager would rather not refund when it clearly shows her gas almost at E.

All the locations we’ve ever visited have always been clean and very good customer service! Great gas prices as well!

I’m struggling to understand why… DEF pump looked usable but did not function. This fuel station only has one DEF pump. One side of the island was outright disabled, so I had to move to the other side. This is midday, and I’m really glad I have enough DEF for work tomorrow. Where I’m going, DEF is unavailable, so it’s a HUGE LETDOWN when this Maverik does not allow me to purchase DEF. The EPA needs to be disbanded, anyway. It’s still annoying that the wipers are all short sticks. Every fuel station I stop at has long sticks; this is the only one that has short sticks T_TI am always wondering if “they are often stolen” is a valid excuse considering the precautions that can be taken to secure them from being stolen.

Gas was So cheap and the Maverick store had it all and a great fast food restaurant with great food built in.

Horrible customer service, came here thanksgiving night and got greeted to a dude who was absolutely rude, I asked him how it was going and he stared at me, he then gave me my change and threw the coins in my hand, was also there with my dad and he bought something after me, and he stared at him, and pulled out the register and walked away while he was trying to buy his items, don’t ever go to this place, HORRIBLE.

Been going to this place for years, they must have some new employees or something, they seriously need to be trained better, had a employee there put a WHOLE gallon of milk, and 2 large drinks in one bag, my bag of course broke and I lost a whole gallon of milk, please train your employees a bit better, thank you
