Pattern was cute but nails were done terribly. They had no shape or contour to them; they were the flattest nails I’ve ever seen. Three tips broke off, one within the first week of getting them done, and I’ve just never had nails break like that wo some sort of trauma happening to the nail/finger. They just popped right off! One came off when I was opening a door handle!!! I’m so mad that I paid $90 for that shit.

Nails 2002 is a fabulous nail salon. I have been coming here with my daughter for over 20 years. My two granddaughters received their very first mani-pedis in the salon, and now one of them is about to have a baby herself! We now have generations of beautiful memories from Nails 2002 which I'm very grateful for.

My friend recommended this salon so I thought I would give it a try. Owners were very nice but busy with other customers. The new girl cleaned and polished my nails with gel polish. It was absolutely the worst paint job that I have ever had. Thick and then spots of polish through out every nail. Sides of some nails have no polish at all. I was going to bring my family in for a girls day, but have changed my mind for fear I will get same tech. This is the first bad review I have ever posted, but feel it is necessary because it was that bad.

I brought my 8 year old daughter here for a special treat. The nail specialist acted annoyed about doing a simple design for her. The salon was visibly dirty, in hind sight we should have just left but unfortunately we stayed. The cost for her tiny toes and fingers was somehow $85. 2 days later my daughters big toe is infected and requires antibiotics. We will not be back

They were so nice and friendly, which makes me sad to write this. I went in for a pedicure and paid $50. My French tip is so thick. My pinky toe has more white than the natural color. I have nail polish on my skin and it wasn't cleaned up very nicely. Super bummed. But you guys were so nice!!

When I got there no one was concerned about me. I sat there for 20 minutes before anyone talked to me, I tried to talk to them but they push me off. When I got my nails done my nail tech was rushing and not listening to me at all! They were not coffee shape at all. 2 days later 2 already fell off so now I’m heading back to get them fixed. I would not go here.
It looked disgusting in there anyway!

Lack of quality work. Worst pedi I have ever had or seen and when mentioned to the male owner he just said "OK"
Nails are chipping and lifting on nail bed and acrylic is starting to yellow on nails. Wouldn't recommend!

My mom first took me here when I was in high school. Johnathan has always been fantastic. Always quick to greet you and they give one of the best pedicures I've ever had. 10/10 recommend you give them a try. Plus they are even open on Sundays!

The guy was SUPER nice, butttt… the quality was terrible. Each nail was a different thickness, VERY unclean. Nail dust everywhere. Tools weren’t clean. I should have walked out honestly.
