They just close my account for inactivity and then keep my membership fee. They charged me another membership fee on a loan. As soon as I pay the loan off they take away access and keep my fees once again.

Don't ever try to call and ask anything at this branch. Takes on average of 35 minutes each time just on the automated guy.

Absolutely ridiculous. You turn off curtesy pay so you don’t have $30 fees coming out & they still charge you $30 for “returning” fee and not accepting the money being pulled out. I would never recommend anyone here. AWFUL AWFUL BANK

Great Friendly staff.. Always there to answer questions and are always eager to help. Location in post falls is a little inconvenient to access due to heavy volumes of traffic on 41 at times. I use the Hayden branch on a more regular basis.

My and I wife relocated to Idaho from out of state. For the last 25-years we found working with a Credit Union was much more personal than working with a Bank. Once we arrived we searched out a local Credit Union to bank with. After doing our research we decided to talk with three different Credit Unions. Numerica was our first stop. We met with a Loan Officer Josh Martz, he was very professional in his demeanor and we felt very comfortable almost immediately. After speaking with Josh for 20-30 minutes, it was obvious he was well informed and he was able to answer each of our questions without hesitation. In speaking with Josh we felt as though we were dealing with our Credit Union from home. Very personable and up front. I am not one to write a review, but I felt compelled to do so, because after speaking with Josh we decided not to seek out another CU. Josh was largely responsible in our decision to bank with Numerica. Customer service exhibited like Josh provided is often overlooked or not noticed. We are always greeted with a "smile and a how can I help you" upon entering. Thank you Josh, Numerica Employees and Numerica for the service you provide. We look forward to continuing doing business in the future.
