“Went to the Depot last week with a need for some "by the foot" electrical wire. Couldn't find anybody to help, Kais (jI know I'm butchering her name!!) in the garden department walked by and said she'd try to get me some help. Nobody came so she swung back by to check and jumped right in to help. While this was a relatively specialized need, due to the rotating machine holding the wire, she didn't not hesitate to get out of her comfort zone, figure out how to make it work, and help me with my purchase.
