“I used to go here and always was completely happy with their work. I just left the dealer where I bought my car and came here. Oil change done in 34 minutes! Charged less than expected. This owner is someone who cares about service. Dealerships would have been over an hour and I usually have to return because something was not done, like the plug put in incorrectly and all the oil came out. Try this place, they have been excellent for 20 years or more.”

They had me drop off my vehicle earlier than the date of my appointment to try and work it in and they were able to get it done more than a week early and for a reasonable price. “First time here. There was zero wait. They were friendly and did the oil change very fast about thirty minutes. Plus you get a free car wash with it. Waiting room was small but accommodating. Average price for a full synthetic oil change. Not cheaper than Walmart, but you do get a 16 PT inspection and other perks with that. They did not push any extras on me, which I loved. Their website had good coupons. And they left a flower on the dash, which is such a cute little touch.They did not fill my tires which I thought would have been part of the inspection, so I will be going back for that.Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others for fast service.”

“Had a leaking tire and it was repaired for $25. They performed faster than promised, however I did get a few new faint stains on my interior. I pointed it out and the guy scrubbed it a bit, but I will need a better detail later. Overall I'm satisfied they were quick without any appointment ?”

“This Valvoline is hands down the best place in town to get an oil change. The customer service here is phenomenal. I thought I had an issue with my oil change and one of the staff cane straight to my home to check a sound I was hearing, and it wasn't even oil related. He called the local parts store for the unrelated issue and installed it for me the next day, I still can't believe the customer service. Not only do I highly recommend this location for exceptional work ethic, but I won't be choosing anywhere else for my oil changes. Big thank you to Nick for the incredible customer service.”

They had everything done quickly, and were really nice to visit with. We're from Texas, but I'd drive all the way back to Post Falls for that kind of service. The flower on the dash was to sweetest touch.”
