Lots of parking, friendly employees. I never had an issue here. Getting my package supplies is quick and easy. Definitely will use again for my shipping needs. I love the flat rate package options.

First, yes "Mailbox" they don't claim to be a "Post Office" how some ever became guides is beyond me. Half of these reviews are irrelevant. You don't give taco bell 1 star cause they don't serve big mac's.

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful - even when they are slammed they always greet with friendly faces and I know they are doing their best to help everyone.

Condescending is right... Lyle and Dilia are rude. The place was empty. Lyle called me up to the counter and chastised me and said "you aren't ready" assuming I didn't have my Priority Envelope addressed, which I did. He was upset that I hadn't pulled the seal strip and folded the envelope yet. Seriously? I pay your salary buddy. I said, fine I'll get back in line. Then he arbitrarily apologized to the next guy in line for the 4 second wait?!! Next I got Delia. When I told her that Lyle was an ***** she said that I was being an ***** and said she had no problems with Lyle. She wasn't even in the room! Birds of a feather! I'll gladly go to the UPS store where they are very polite and don't give their customers crap for the tiniest action.

Submitted change of address paperwork one week prior to moving , (Per the post office). Three weeks later we still have mail going to our old house.

Very slow and bad service, they're all over the place. I came in to track my package that has been missing for 2 1/2 weeks. The employee took 30 mins to look for it and couldn't find it.

There is NO POST OFFICE here. There's a service counter inside the Super Saver, but no actual post office.

They never have long lines so you don't have to wait very long to be helped. They have a mail box you can drive up to outside and plenty of parking.

We have used the post office services for years at Super 1 and they have always known what to do, giving you all the options. They have flat rate boxes and other postal supplies. Their service is cheerful and quick and, except for the holiday season, there is usually never a line. Being able to mail from this location on Saturdays till approximately 2 PM is a huge help!
