Unbelievably long wait times, the drive through is almost always closed at times of the day when it’s supposed to be open, horrible customer service by phone, overall a pretty bad choice in Walgreens

went to check out with this lady who had short hair, blue shirt. idk if she was a manager or not but she has the worst attitude ever. rushing around walgreens in a hurry and if you accidentally get in her way she huffs at you. very rudely said “i need you to make a single file line” because i guess she was only available to help out one person at her register. always has a scowl on her face as well. is not friendly what so ever.

Legitimately been sitting here in the drive thru pharmacy pick up for about 30 minutes while the woman deals with a single customer. Should have told these people that they needed to come back on a weekday when there’s more than 1 employee working the pharmacy. Absolutely a first for me. A line of cars behind me and a huge line forming inside. This woman “Lisa”’s inability to tell these entitled people to kick rocks is gonna really mess up the rest of her shift.

I came in yesterday to have passport photos taken of my family and the lady at the photo center(Terry) was SO rude! She refused to take my 9 month olds photo. She said “I am not taking that babies photos! You’re gonna have to wait 30 mins for someone else to do it.” There was a young gentleman who was willing to take her photo but she shooed him away. She also said “send me home. I have plenty of PTO.” I just couldn’t believe how big of a deal she was making this small task. I’ve never felt so inconvenient to an establishment that is meant to help people. We went to Fed ex where a replacement is guaranteed and the gal at fed ex was so nice and accommodating. So sorry for wasting your time Terry. You lost your company money

There is an old worker lady in here that is horrible and rude. I walked in to drop off a fed ex package- because this Walgreens takes packages and the lady said “you need to have that ready” I. The rudest tone. I said everything is good I just need a piece of tape” she said I can’t take that it’s not ready, you can buy tape. And I said you’re telling me all of Walgreens doesn’t have a single piece of tape- as a corporate company. And she again in condescending Tone said “we just take the packages I can’t help you but you can buy tape” I said ma’am I’m not gonna spend $10 for one piece of tape . As I was walking out she yelled across the store that she can’t help me and . I stopped and asked her numerous times to stop yelling at me, stop talking tome like that. She literally kept repeating my herself like a child does. I finally screamed at the top of my lungs and had to cuss at her to get her to stop talking down to me. Y’all need to hire younger people, or at least people with a better attitude. I have worked in customer service in 10 years and I have never been treated like that by an employee. Also her coworkers were looks n at this lady this is a common thing she does to customers because they just put there heads down and then gave me this look of “I’m sorry”

The only reason I give this Walgreens a five star rating is their associate Traysee , I have never left a google review before and feel obligated to recognize her overwhelming customer service excellence. I frequent this Walgreens out of convenience and a guaranteed always great experience from this amazing lady. I have seen it time and time again with not only myself but MANY other customers. I always get the best help I need, the best laugh and the best attitude from Traysee ! I have received negative and rude encounters from the morning ladies time and time again making it uncomfortable to come in so everytime Traysee is available to help it is truly a treat! Thank you Traysee for keeping me coming back !!! Checking out the fun items every season in store and getting my necessities will always be easy and fantastic with her on the floor !!! Thank you for everything !!! :)

I got my pictures and a calendar printed by the photo center. I saw a couple photos in the calendar that were printed wrong, so I went back and asked them if they could reprint them. The woman at the counter, Lisa, told me I would have to reorder them online. I did and I accidentally reordered it twice. I then had to wait an hour while they reprinted it. I got a text saying it was ready. So, I went back in and as I was waiting in line to get it, Lisa and Lourie were talking about me and my order as if they were annoyed. When I got up to the counter, about 10 minutes after the text, I asked for my pictures and Lisa told me they weren’t ready and said I had to wait at least another 15-20 minutes for her to bind the calendar. She said this in a very rude way. So I asked if I could look at it before she binds it just to make sure it looks right. She scoffed and her and Lourie scrambled through the disorganized pile of orders to find it. She finally found it then rudely handed it to me. It looked fine so I handed it back and she took it and walked away without saying anything. So, again I waited and when I come back in I had to wait in line again, and again they were talking about me and how I reordered it twice and now they have to throw them out etc. I will not be returning. It was very unprofessional of them to talk about me and my order in front of other customers.

Maybe make sure the phone is hung up before you start talking bad about a patient… 😬 👎🏼 I hate that I had to use this pharmacy as they were the only one open at the time. Only bad experiences here unfortunately.
