“Would give more stars if I could. Needed a last minute brake job on our motorhome mid-vacation on a holiday weekend. Grant, and the other workers made sure to fit us in and worked after closing time when the Cour D'Alene Les Shchwab turned us down. Huge shout out, and thank you to the Hayden Les Schwab!”

“This auto shop is really good. Customer service, mechanics, very good. I've been there twice. Once for alignment, new brakes, drums and rotors, leveling kit and diff drop. Today I went in for a tire rot and bal. NO CHARGE! What??? Made my day. I called today and he said come now. I got there, BSed for a min and thenade a phone call. My pick-up was done before I could finish 1 call. The gentleman said they would match any coupons. This is my new shop. Thanks guys.”

“I didn't have an appointment today for a nail in my tire, but they were very nice. I waited in the A/C lobby with a book, popcorn and tea for about an hour and a half. And such a pleasant man brought me my key when finished. And no charge! How great is THAT now days? 😁”

“Will not go to the other locations. I have probably been to more than 20 locations in my time. And I’ve had my share of regrettable experiences at Les Schwab centers. I realize it all depends on how it’s ran and the employees that work there and the values they uphold. This location has been the most respectful and courteous location I have experienced yet. Usually when you make an appointment, your appointment time is respected unlike other locations I have experienced locally. Additionally, it’s clean and quiet compared to other locations. And everyone that I’ve spoken with has had personable manners and a positive attitude which is most appreciate.”
