“So grateful to Marco and his calm and patient demeanor when my suburban broke down on the side of I-84 about 3 miles from his shop. He answered my call and said he had time to see my vehicle and make a diagnosis for me that day. When the tow truck got us there, he made a quick diagnosis and even though he couldn’t fix it right then, he didn’t mind me leaving my suburban there until I could have my husband come and pick it up that evening. He even gave me his cell number so I could call him with any questions and to let him know when my husband would be there that night to pick up my vehicle. He said he was willing to help load the suburban on the trailer even if it was late at night. Thank you! Marco and his family were friendly and helpful when I was frantic and lost in the middle of nowhere with 4 kids in tow. Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease and making a bad situation so much easier to handle. I am forever grateful!”
