My car's alternator went out about 15 miles south of this mechanic shop. I pretty much googled the closest mechanic shop to me and hoped for the best. Despite my misfortune though, my luck changed when I found Hemsley's. They saw my distress coming in (driving alone with a check battery light on is no small feat) and were able to fix my alternator that day. They are good, honest people and the owner even test drives all the cars after repairs to make sure they're running well. I can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, I would recommend them to anyone having car troubles or just need routine maintenance.”

Curtis and Dalton told us what the problem in our car could be after discussing it with someone; and Dalton was awesome , calling a friend mechanic to check out what was wrong with our car, staying with us during and till the end while still attending to customers. His friend mechanic fixed it when all the repair shops were closed cuz it was Saturday evening! Please give them a raise!:)”

“Madelyn was amazing! I got atranded in Burley, 200+ miles into my trip and over 100miles from home. I had no clue what the name of the part I needed was. Despite it being the end of the day, Madelyn spent time with me figuring it out. Ya'll didnt have the part but she was professional and went above and beyond! A customer also helped me get it installed. Thank you for having above average customer service, especially at the end of the day.
This is a big deal, because after a bad experience at a local AutoZone, I have refused to shop at AutoZone. I will still avoid the local store but others are now on my yes list.”
