Hours of operation are wrong on the website. The branch closes at 4. Drove all the way out to Homedale to buy a trailer and grab cash on the way. showed up to the branch 3 minutes after they closed at 4:03 p.m.

I just read Michael's review and THEY CAN DO A MEMO CREDIT SINCE IT WAS THE BANKS FAULT (according to what he said) They can do it every day until they get the dispute resolved but they choose not to. They don't want the "hassle" of it because they have to put it on everyday. Also for some reason if they don't get the money back they have to debit their own stores GL (general ledger) for the money. So then their store is out some money. It looks bad. But anyway..... each day the memo credit will fall off at the end of the day. But its no biggie at all to do it knowing it was the banks fault as well. I worked for wells fargo for a long time at banker connection (back office) and would tell managers how to do this all the time. So sad.

There is only a couple of people in this location who seem to have any work ethic. I showed up to do my deposit and of all people I understand that this a weird time for everyone..... but closing early for a made up holidays irritating for one, and secondly I made sure to show up before the early closing hour by 15 minutes and they had already closed off the drive through. Then a teller came out to lock the front door made eye contact with me then proceeded to lock the door before the scheduled closing time. I get so sick of going there and feeling like everyone is a number and their purpose for being there is an inconvenience.This location need new management and for the most part new crew. The one person who does a good job isn't the management and unfortunately for her all of this complaint is totally out of her hands!

Went to get money out of ATM monday the 13th and it was deducted out of my account but was out of money apparently us bank said they returned it but on my online app it shows return and 0.00 dollars the amount was for 140.00 now I have to file a dispute claim which can take up to 45 days to get my money back when it shows clearly that my money was taken out of my account will never use them again manger Roger is a joke and offers no assistance other then sorry i cant but u can call 1800usbank and see if they can figure it out... Stupid they are trying to keep my money..... I should file charges for stealing looking in to it....

Kendra Dillon was really helpful and is always really nice when she helps me out. Although I already received a temporary card she had called me to see if I needed a temporary card still after knowing I was having card issues. It's people like her that will always have me going back because of her amazing customer service!
