It would be a 5+ if there were 2 Michelles, but there isn’t ?. And as friendly, professional, and helpful that Michelle is, the other clerk is anything but. She’s been rude to my husband and me on a few separate occasions.

When Michelle is there I feel comfortable asking questions. When the other employee Kathrine H. is there I feel like a burden and I don't want to even bother asking questions because she gives this annoyed vibe. Other than that I love the post office in Idaho City.
