The manager Cheyenne is hateful and rude. It took forever for them to replace our washer. Cheyenne acted like it was an inconvenience for me to look at the machine they were replacing our defective on for. And wouldn't let me look at it because it was in the back. She's extremely rude and we definitely won't be back. I feel sorry the the rest of the employees there. They seem like they want to do a good job and make the customers happy.

I've been going to Aaron's for the last 8 years since I moved to Idaho we have always had Trish and Andrea they were awesome never had any issues and then they got rid of that staff and has a new manager Cheyenne that is rude to customers and staff and I seen it personally when I was there making a payment. Get told does not matter what Ez pay says my account is behind because they do not do weekly payments but on there website it offers it and before you even set it up it says what you have to pay to get it started. I was having bank issues and with my husband getting paid weekly direct deposit were having issues finding a new bank and do it fast enough it doesn't dely his check l. I had to set up easy pay again and account says I'm current but I'm getting phone calls twice a day for her to tell me its behind very poor customer service esp if your representing the company I do not recommend anyone to go here kinda stuck since we have already put so much into our lease to loose that money definitely once everything is paid not going through them again and would not recommend anyone to go to them at least the Idaho falls location. Only good thing is the delivery driver the man and woman very nice professional

It’s rent to own so you’ll pay way more than you should for items, but if you don’t have any other way to pay it can be an option.

Bought a washer and dryer set here 2 years ago. Just started experiencing leaks in the washer. Discovered that the washer was missing two back legs, and one of them appeared to have been broken off inside the socket of the washer. instead of fixing it before selling it (or at least telling us beforehand), they removed both of the back legs so the washer appeared balanced… shady stuff

I'm super upset about how I was treated when I called to make payment arrangements. The woman ( manager, I'm assuming) who I spoke to was very rude towards me and just highly unprofessional and asking about how I would pay for my bed after I had my baby and just came across as super disrespectful even after explaining my situation and then proceeded to tell me that I had two days to figure it out or they'd pick my bed up. I just felt like the situation could have been dealt with very differently. I am very disappointed. I have only been with them for a few months.

Got a Ps5 from them still in the box and had the clear packaging on it. I went back 6 months later because it was constantly saying it was over heating. They sent mine to Sony and gave me a lender one which was used. After two months of no contact they said that I was given the lender as a replacement to my other one. Now if I am correct they have a warranty on that sort of stuff. They cashed in and got a new one to sell to somebody else.

Absolutely amazing service and management. I have been with Aaron's for the last 6 months and have never had an issue. We had an unfortunate incident occur and they were so quick and kind to help us immediately. Highly recommend!

My husband and I filled out the leasing agreement to see how much money were approved for a month. They had a specific Laptop that we wanted, So we called them to ask about the online or In-Store first month only $1 just tell the associate. So we asked that if we came in would we be able to pick up the laptop because we didn't want to wait for it to be delivered on there time and we wanted to figure the laptop out before having to use it in school.We get to doing all the paper work and what not than we get to the end of checking the laptop out to make sure its the one we want and all that. And to make sure the price was only the $1 first months payment. Nope it came out to be way more. Instead of what we signed up for, than was told i couldn't take it with me after I made the payment, they had to deliver it. The only reason we went into the store was because when we called the store the Associate said that if we came into the store and made the payment, we would be able to pick it up. So my tell my husband and I one thing and it not be true at all.
