This company is at the top of my list in SERVICE as well as Product.
Due to my lack of attention, our Advanced Water Systems went without maintenance for probably a year or better. It had shut down and the salt in the tank was rock-solid. I thought maybe we'd have to replace the whole damn thing.
I called RON, their local manager, who honestly tried to walk me thru the process of re-starting the system via Facetime phone. He, however, sensing that I wasn't really up for the job, sent MATT who arrived this afternoon and put the water softener system back in action. It took him a while because there was a lot to do. But it's now done, and we again have soft water.
Kudos for both.
