Told us repeatedly that a refill request had been faxed, but never sent the request. Had to go see doctor, thinking they weren't approving them. Incredibly rude and mean every single time we deal with them. Whoever manages this department does not at all care about customer service. Will be moving pharmacies permanently.

Worst customer service i have ever had. Tried calling to see if they had a product in stock was on hold for 10 minutes hung up and called back they did the samething again.

Very nice grocery store, neat and well organized. The staff isn’t very friendly, particularly Karen with the short hair, who always has a grumpy attitude. She threw the grocery divider in front of my things in a very aggressive way, despite the fact that my things were about 2 and a half feet from the next person’s groceries and after confirming that they were my items. I had to get out of her line, rude and disrespectful.

I currently have a broken leg, tried to come in today to shop, unfortunately they only had one electric cart which wasn’t available due to some battery issue. Or someone else was using it? So I couldn’t shop here. You guys have plenty of handicap parking but not enough handicap carts for people who need!? Get a few more handicap carts for customers please!

I’ve been to this store multiple times and each time the restrooms are absolutely disgusting. I have a 1 year old and when I have to take her to the restrooms while shopping I can’t, I don’t even want to think about taking her in there, the toilets seem to never be clean along with everything else. I actually seen one of the employees check off a paper saying it was cleaned but didn’t clean a single thing🤮. Management should be making sure the employees are doing their jobs. If a GROCERY store can’t even keep the bathrooms clean I sure don’t wanna buy the food here😬. CLEAN YOUR RESTROOMS🧼

I visited Albertsons on 17th St just now and went through Garretts check out line. I told him he didn't have to bag anything because we had our own bags. He reacted like I just asked him to cut off his own arm. I apologized twice, explaining that we just try to not use plastic if we don't have to, and all I got was a very rude look and silence. I was floored. Then he decided to toss the lighter items across the turntable and continued to be absolutely rude as if I had just grossly offended him in some way. I was born and raised in this town and when I decide to splurge and go to Albertsons for groceries instead of Winco, being treated as if I were garbage is the last thing I want. I hate the crowds at Winco but I will happily deal with them because never have I ever had to deal with the sort of thing Garrett treated me to while giving Winco my hard earned money. Garrett, if you can't stand people this much, maybe look into a more appropriate line of work. You are going to cost Albertsons many customers until they figure you out.
