Texts me to tell me prescriptions are ready to pick up. I drive to the store, they tell it's not ready after I sit in line for 40 minutes and to go to the end of the line. This happens every single time unless I call ahead and tell them I'm coming and to fill it, and even then they'll tell me it'll be a few hours. Why text me and tell me it's filled if it's not filled? Why waste my time? Why make me drive into town to sit around for an extra hour?
It only got worse. Faxes my doctor's office wingdings and nonsense to waste paper because their system is broken, won't acknowledge it or do anything to help the situation. Blonde woman sat and insulted my wife for two minutes straight in the drive thru when she finally was able to get a refill through to the doctor, having had to get an appointment and see him herself just to figure out why it wasn't being refilled because this pharmacy is inept. They're rude and inept. Never again.

This pharmacy is the worst about auto refilling prescriptions. When I call most workers have an attitude, today Jan** took the lead for the rudest worker I’ve dealt with.

I swear I was on the brink of tears by the very pleasant interaction with Carolyn at the Deli. I had to ask her if she was new because I had never had such a pleasant experience. She told me she had only been there six weeks and I told her that I had actually stopped shopping at the deli at most grocery stores because they always seem to be extremely rude. But she has completely changed my opinion on that matter. I told her that her very pleasant attitude would keep me coming back to her store. I hope Caroline gets some recognition for this review, cause she fully fully deserves it. If you’re ever looking for a butcher counter for deli meat and a person working customer service is actually there to be pleasant and give you a wonderful experience, please visit Caroline at the 17th St.
