I don't usually like to publicly bash local companies but I'm fuming today. We bought over $100 worth of Thunder Ridge clothing back in March. We've called 4 times, and I've gone into the office twice in 5 months. We were told someone picked up our order. They made zero effort to check for a receipt or anything. Just gave our stuff away. They said they'd reorder them and let us know when they came in. During this time, we found out they ordered the wrong roster of jerseys for all of grid kid Thunder ridge jerseys, over $12,000 worth of jerseys. So we decided to give them a few weeks and be understanding. 4 weeks went by. We called twice and got some snarky lady named Cindy on the phone who asked "what do you need" and laughed when we asked if she meant our order number, last name, or like what products we ordered. We spoke with the manager who assured me they'd be ready this afternoon. I waited until 3:30pm to go into the store. Upon arriving, I see boxes, clothes, garbage piled up, falling over, all over the floor, the desks are so covered in garbage and papers you can't even see the top of the desk. And guess what our order still isn't ready. One girl argues with me that I was told they'd be ready at the end of the day. To which I looked the manager/"owner" the face and said you told me mid afternoon. She agreed and said the employee wasn't there for the conversation and she did tell me mid afternoon. They both told me more about they assumed things about the order over the last 5 months instead of just taking ownership and accountability. Finally I just demanded a refund and left with no money and no Thunder Ridge clothing to support my kids football. These guys are a freaking joke. So unorganized, so unprofessional, so sloppy.

Took them almost 7 months to not have my order ready, I get that they are busy but 7 months is ridiculous, they’re not organized at all.

This company was worth using in the past, but my more recent experiences have been very negative-- Disorganized, inefficient... I did not at all feel like they cared to work with me and ultimately I was left me in a tough spot, needing to find a different company to complete an important project on short notice. If you want your emails returned, and your business taken care of, I’d advise you to find another company to work with.

The owner of this business is horrible and rude. He doesn’t care about people in the community, he only cares about lining his own pockets. He goes out of his way to argue instead of making things right. I wouldn’t give him money if my life depended on it.

I just had All American Sports do a whole team worth of jerseys and hats. They dropped the ball. Voicemails left I returned. Emails not read. Proofs not sent. All jerseys were messed up once. 3 Jerseys were messed up twice. 6 gates were so bad you couldn’t even tell what letter it was suppose to be. When I showed up to pick up my items after they fixed them, there were 3 employees in the room next door and none of them greeted me or stood up to help me. I eventually saw my items on the counter, looked at each item and let them know that I had helped myself. Their lack of attention to detail, professionalism and customer service is the absolute worst I have had in a long time. Do not recommend them one bit.

Just picked up uniforms and hats for my son's baseball team. I will never use this company again to do any embroidery. They first messed up on the numbers. They had to re print all of the numbers. Then when we get them today and half of the white logo's are pink. The lady said that can happen with red uniforms but didn't let us know before hand. Then when we looked at the hats some of the letter E on the hats are completely covered in so it just looks like a big glob. The lady who was in charge of our order did not seem to care about any of this. I felt like we were burdening her because we brought our uniforms in to be embroidered. Never again will i use this company. Completely un professional.

Order football gear for my son. 4 weeks into the season it’s finally done. I had to call to find out my order was ready. Called several times before this to see if it was ready for pick up, even talked to the owner and just got brushed aside. People who I talked to on the phone were very rude and unprofessional! It took me 6 weeks to get my order!! Horrible customer service!! In the meantime I ordered from another print company and received my order in 1 week! I know where I’ll be taking my business in the future. Don’t waste your time here!! Idaho Falls has a lot of print shops to choose from...

Expensive but great service and sports equipment is ALWAYS expensive now... Very happy there's a local place that carries the necessary equipment we're looking for. Great local place for wrestling gear, baseball, soccer, track and football supplies and Letterman's jackets for high school students. ðŸ‘🇺🇲
