Fun store with easy going clothing. A little on the high side for a chain, but definitely some comfortable options.

After great debate I decided to buy my first pair of American Eagle Jeans. I went in to the store when they opened and started to try on different sizes. I quickly found my size. They had a good stock of all sizes of their jeans which was nice. After finding my size I soon found that the fit was great and I loved the jeans. I purchased one pair and definitely will go back for more pairs.

We still have to wait in line to get in if there are too many people. The funny thing is, it's so busy inside you have to get within a foot of someone to get around with NO masks and NO distancing. Tight long lines for the fitting rooms and check out. It's a joke if you think limiting the amount of people inside is doing anything when it's packed inside with people on top of each other. I can see it if you were enforcing all the rules but this is ridiculous.

The Idaho falls American Eagle is seriously amazing! I have been to others and they do not compare! Always so personable and try to help the minute you walk in.

I love this mall, but the customer service at American Eagle was horrible the past two times I've visited. The hall at the door monitoring how many customers where in the store was so busy talking to her friend that even though 4 people walked out she didn't see them leave and argued about how many people. She finally went and checked the store to see i was telling her the truth. Then she very rudely rushed my shopping to the point where I decided to not make any purchases that day and walked out.

We went in to buy some Curvy jeans. We waited 20 minutes to get in because of COVID, which was fine. There was a wall with various jeans that said "starting at 19.99." There were no marked prices on the jeans so I took several pairs to the associate by the dressing room and asked her if she could tell me how much they were. She told me that they start at 19.99 and go up and that there was no way that she could tell how much each pair was and that I would find out at the register. What???!!! So, after deciding which pairs of jeans I wanted, I had to get in another line at the register just so they could scan them to find out the prices, so then I could decide if I wanted to pay that much for the jeans??! THAT DOESN'T WORK!!! People base much of their decision to purchase items on prices. It should be clearly marked or there should be a scanner that the customers can use or associates should be willing to find out the prices for their customers. We shouldn't have to get in another line for the register to find out how much something costs. What if grocery stores and department stores did this?! The associate (I think she was the manager because she seemed like she was in charge) was unapologetic for their d*** policy. Ugh!!!
