Great delivery process I don't have to worry about running out

Our delivery was scheduled, no issues were noted, we blocked out the time and made sure to be on location. Crickets. Nothing. No delivery, no notice, no communication.

The experience is always great. I am not happy about having to pay a fee for a lower rate. Should just be a competitive rate without having to pay to play.
