I took a survey on Christopher at the Ammon I’d store and made a mistake instead up putting 5 as being very satisfied I put a 1 by mistake. Please change that to a one. He was great!

Do not go here! Customer service sucks and so does the actual cell service! You would be better off getting a track phone rather than deal with this awful company.

It's absolutely ridiculous how much my bill is and I can't even use use my phone, because they can't get 5g and 4g lte to work. My phone only works good at home when i'm on wifi. At&t get your shit together

If I could give zero stars I would! My sons school Black Canyon middle school in Idaho falls, had a threat from a student on Snapchat with a AR15. I was not aware yet, The school was letting kids call parents to be excused. My son texted and called over and over scared! HE DOES NOT GET SERVICE AT HIS SCHOOL! I missed all his texts and calls! His friends were able to get ahold of me. This really upsets me cause I was $250+ for our phones/service and when emergency happens we don’t have service! His texts were green, I got his messages/calls once we got home. I’m done with AT&T. I don’t get service at my work, I have to leave my work to get service. But my son not be able to reach me due to an emergency like this today is the final straw for us. I’m over it, we no longer will be with AT&T. Do better!

Just had an amazing experience with Casey S in the Idaho Falls location. From the moment I walked into the store, he treated me like family. He helped select a new device, made sure I was protected, and even told me about the options n to upgrade every year, which I'm excited to have. I made the mistake of switching from TMobile, and I gave them 2 months just to realize that they never keep the trading quotes that are promised in the store. I was also supposed to receive some discounts and my bill was increasing. There’s a lot of disagreements between customer service online and the stores. The signal is terrible and the speeds are slow. I absolutely don’t recommend AT&T at all. Stay away at all cost.
